Youth Ministry-Life Teen

The purpose of youth ministry is to create a community where teens will feel loved and accepted and to foster a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and to empower the youth, helping them live their faith daily. Life-Teen started in January 2003 as a joint ministry effort of St. David's, Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph. In that time is has been an outstanding success, with several hundred teens participating. Life-Teen is centered on the Mass, with music and preaching geared towards teens. The Mass is on Sunday evenings at 6 PM at St. Joseph's, followed by a Life-Night, where teens explore their Catholic faith and the issues they face daily. Through retreats, community service, social events, and strong relationships between the leaders and the teens, the youth are strengthened to live their faith walk.

Volunteers are always welcomed.
