BACK TO BUSINESS: The Holiday's are behind us and we are hopefully getting back to our regular routines, so is Parish Help. January is re-certification month for our pantry and we are busy sending out notices to our clients. This eliminates clients who have moved out of our boundaries. We are preparing for a busier 1998 because of Government Welfare Changes, and are most concerned for the children, disabled and elderly. With your continued generosity we will be able to serve all who come to us.
DECEMBER STATS: Parish Help provided food to 97 adults and 130 children and 108 families for a total of 227 individuals. Parishioners donated 489 lbs. of food.
MOST FOOD NEEDED: Jelly; Spaghetti; Spaghetti Sauce; Can Fruit; Can Spaghetti with meat; Quaker Oats; Hamburger Helper, Can Peas, Corn & Pork & Beans.
