Seasonal Choir Commitment? Can’t make the year-round commitment to join a choir? How about joining for the season of Lent/Easter? Your commitment would only be six weeks! This gives you an opportunity to share your talent and meet new people in your parish. For information about each choir, please visit the Music Ministry page of the parish Web site - or speak with any member of the Music Staff.

Below is a brief description of each of the choir opportunities at St. John. Take a minute to look over these opportunities and see where you fit or are being called to serve. Plan on attending the rehearsal for the group you are interested in joining.  If you have questions, please contact Lance Bumette, Director of Music Ministry at 704.382.8623 (office), 704.455.8747 (home), or by e-mail.

Youth Choir - All youth, in grades 6-12, are invited to weekly rehearsals at 5 p.m. today (and every Sunday) in the Parish Council Room. Sixth- and seventh-graders who are enrolled in Religious Education classes will join the rehearsal at 5:30 p.m. We will be preparing music for presentation and worship for the 6 p.m. Sunday Mass. Come and bring your friends!
