ü Write the name or names of their child/children on the envelope and grade for each child
ü Write date of the week for which you are paying
ü Write under each day of the week, the amount for selection your child will purchase
ü Write any credits for days absent that meals were purchased

ü Cash or checks are accepted. Checks should be made payable to St. Boniface Hot Lunch.
