	..Offer 5 decades of the Rosary on each of the days of the Fast (Fri, Sat, Sun)
	..Attend Holy Mass on each of the days of the Fast
	..Offer a prayer of my choice on each of the days of the Fast
	..Spend one hour before the Lord in Eucharistic Adoration over the weekend
