October 1, 1998: Added Abortion and Rape, a column by Fr. Frank Pavone, director of Priests for Life, and brief bios on Pavone and Dr. Janet E. Smith on the About the Writers page.

September 27, 1998: Lux Veritatis moves to its new address www.catholic-forum.com/luxveritatis. Also, added Humanae Vitae: A Challenge to Love by Janet E. Smith, PhD. Made some minor layout changes on index page and other pages.

August 22, 1998: Added commentary article Polls Schmolls; Surveys, Smurveys.

August 15, 1998: Added two comments to the Readers' Comments page.

August 7, 1998: Added commentary article A Confession about Contraception.

August 6, 1998: Added article on contraception Humanae Vitae: 30 Years Later. Added to Pro-Life Links page a link to a personal webpage Angela Louise Baird, who spent her dying moments praying the rosary for aborted children.

July 23, 1998: Added commentary article It's Easier to Believe the Excuses regarding free will.

July 14, 1998: Launched the Donum Sanctum page, the pro-life arm of Lux Veritatis. Also, added pages on euthanasia, abortion, contraception, the death penalty, and suicide. All pages feature an introduction to the topic and citations from the Catechism of the Catholic Church. A pro-life links page was added, but is under construction.

July 12, 1998: Introduced a new look to the Lux Veritatis webpage as part of a minor redesign. The most significant changes were made to the index page, which features a new banner. Banners will be added to all pages to aid navigation. Added links to several papal writings on the Links page, forming a new "On-line Readings section."

July 7, 1998: Added article Why There Was No Choice: A Personal Testimony regarding abortion to the Donum Sanctum Abortion page.

July 6, 1998: Introduced the Defending the Rock: Answering the Critics of Catholicism page. Also put a shell of the Donum Sanctum page online. Updates will be forthcoming.

July 4, 1998: Removed the Catholic Universities section from the Links page and added a commentary article "Catholic Universities: Tainted by the few" explaining the decision.

June 28, 1998: Added commentary article Sanctuary or Soap Box: Politics in Mass concerning recent events in which individuals have protested Church teachings during the Eucharistic Celebration. Added a reader's comments concerning The 60-Second Aquinas Lesson.

June 23, 1998: Added a new DAILY feature: The 60-Second Aquinas Lesson. Added Patrick and John's Aquinas Cafe to the Links page.

April 12, 1998: Introduced Lux Veritatis, replacing the Catholic Commentary and Philosophy page. The name change indicates more clearly the purpose of the site. Also added several articles including one on the Masons.
